We feel it is vitally important that you read and understand all the information before completing and signing the Body Donation Consent Form 2024 (PDF, 279kB).

The process of donating your body to the school is governed by the Human Tissue Act 2004. This act of parliament is regulated by the Human Tissue Authority.
