Redland Road is one of our smaller student house style residences, made up of a converted Victorian house and offering 12 places, including two shared rooms. The rooms are spread out over three floors, with a kitchen and 3 bath/shower rooms available.

Based towards Bristol's independent and thriving Gloucester Road. Leading directly to the city centre, the road is reputedly the longest independent shopping street in Europe. There are a very wide range of restaurants in the area offering authentic cuisines from around the world. And for those looking for an urban retreat, St Andrews Park is a large and popular green space very nearby. Students living in our Residences have access to a 24/7 Student Support Centre.

The tenancy is a fixed term contract of 38 weeks - 18 September 2021 to 11 June 2022 and covers the duration of the academic year. You must ensure you have familiarised yourself with the terms and conditions of accepting a tenancy with us and are prepared to pay rent for the full tenancy duration before you proceed with your accommodation application.
