Clifton Hill House

Clifton Hill House is a catered residence in the West Residential Village. It consists of four buildings of accommodation and has an on-site dining hall. There are lots of communal and social spaces, as well as a garden area. Students have access to refurbished study spaces.

Important works will be taking place at parts of Clifton Hill House until Summer 2026. This includes repairs to windows, stonework, and rainwater systems. Scaffolding will be in place and contractors will be on site during the first few months of term. We are sorry for any disruption this may cause. We appreciate your patience while we carry out these important improvements.

This table does not include food costs.

If you're offered a catered room, you will need to pay an extra £2,731.06 per year for catering (around £72 per week). This is for two meals every day during term time.

Tenancy dates: 12 September 2026 to 5 June 2027. The tenancy is a fixed term contract.
