Will makes sure that we know how to use all the tools safely.
He also replaces the ones that we break with shiny new ones.
And doesn't tell us off. Well, maybe. He also runs this wonderful website.

inanimate society mascot has an active email address.
I'm told that she enjoys receiving emails and replies
