The Royal Mail standard service for letters, large letters and parcels (see Size Guidelines for more information) is 1st and 2nd class. 1st class is a 1-2 working day service whilst 2nd class is a 2-3 working day service (not guaranteed). If you require guaranteed next day delivery, please request Special Delivery (see Signed for / Special Delivery).
Please supply a budget code for all items. If you regularly send post to us for franking, we can give you a short code linked to your budget code to make administration and cross-charging easier.
