Letter: up to 100g – sent by Royal Mail (franked) Maximum size L:240mm W:165mm D:5mm
Large Letter: up to 750g – sent by Royal Mail (franked) Maximum size L:353mm W:250mm D:25mm
Small Parcel: up to 2kg – sent by Royal Mail (franked) Maximum size L:450mm W:350mm D:160mm
Medium Parcel: up to 20kg – sent by Parcelforce or DHL depending on size and weight
