Conference theme: Preparing the New Graduate
Submission formats and instructions
- Short communication: 15 minute talk which includes 3-5 minutes for questions
- Poster: Digital poster, alongside a pre-recorded explainer video.
- Workshops: 1 hour, with small groups and interactive content.
- Pre-Conference Workshops (Weds 2nd July only): 2-3 hours, with small groups and interactive content.
We are asking for submissions within the following sub-themes. Each submission will need to fall under one theme only. You can find more details on the themes here.
- Spectrum of care and contextualised care
- Authentic assessment and feedback
- Professionalism and interprofessionalism
- Innovative teaching approaches
Please note, as a 1st or a corresponding author, you are only permitted to submit up to three abstracts to be considered.

We are also offering limited accommodation at University of Bristol Halls of Residence in Bristol Centre for only £94 per night. Other hotel options range from £125 to £169 per night, so book before 28th February to secure your accommodation at University of Bristol Halls of Residence. We will not be able to guarantee availability after 5pm GMT on 28th Feb. Prices are VAT exempt for conference delegates.

Full Conference
This ticket provides access to Wednesday (Pre-Conference), Thursday and Friday at Langford Campus, and entry to the Drinks Reception on Wednesday evening, hosted at SS Great Britain in Bristol Centre. Guest rates are available at an additional cost for Wednesday evening if attending. The rate is VAT exempt for those attending the conference. Guest tickets for the Wednesday evening are subject to VAT.
Thursday & Friday Only
This ticket provides access to the main conference days, Thursday and Friday at Langford Campus. The rate does not include entry to the Wednesday evening drinks reception, hosted at SS Great Britain in Bristol Centre. The rate is VAT exempt.
Thursday Evening at Bristol Museum
This ticket provides entry to our evening social at Bristol Museum. Tickets are VAT exempt for conference delegates. Limited guest tickets are available to those attending, and are subject to VAT.
