The Student Wellbeing service runs regular workshops to help you manage your own wellbeing.

The following workshops are run throughout the year. You can search and book one in the calendar below.

  • Managing and maintaining mental health
  • Managing exam stress
  • Managing perfectionism
  • Building resilience
  • How to improve self-esteem
  • Maintaining healthy boundaries.

Completing some of these workshops can count towards students achieving a Bristol PLUS Award. 

Or you can try our self-directed Relaxation course on Blackboard. You will need to log in before enrolling on the course.
