Over forty science international bursaries of £3,000 are available for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Science.

These awards are available in the first year of study. The bursary can only be used towards living costs.

Eligibility

You can apply if you:

• are classed as an oversees student for fee purposes
• have applied to start an undergraduate course in September 2024 in:
  • School of Chemistry
  • School of Earth Sciences
  • School of Geographical Sciences
  • School of Mathematics
  • School of Physics

You do not need to have received an offer to study before submitting an international scholarship application.

Applications will close at 10 am (UK time) on Monday 26 February 2024.

Assessment process

Successful applicants will be contacted on or before 8 April 2024.

Unsuccessful applicants will be notified shortly after.

If you apply for this scholarship, you will also automatically be considered for the Think Big undergraduate scholarship. You do not need to submit two separate applications.
