On set arrival days, a free shuttle bus will be operating between Bristol Bus and Coach Station and University of Bristol accommodations. This will include:

• all University of Bristol residences in our three residential villages (North, West and East)
• Langford

If you live in private accommodation, our Global Lounge ambassadors can help direct you to public transport or help you get a taxi on these days.

To help us support you, we will be collecting your arrivals details from 8 July. We will send you an email with more details about where to meet our representatives, and their contact details a few days before your arrival.

If you miss our Ambassadors or arrive on a different day or time – please make sure to visit the Global Lounge.

Arrival days

Our free Meet and Greet Service will run on the below arrival days and times. If you are arriving outside these slots, you can find more information about travel to Bristol. 

September arrival days: Friday 6 September to Sunday 8 September  

• London Heathrow 7 am to 3 pm 
• Bristol Bus and Coach Station 9 am to 7:30 pm

London Heathrow: Our friendly Global Lounge Ambassadors will be available at the airport to support arriving students and help with onwards travel. Details will be emailed to you, once you let us know your arrival details.

Bristol Bus and Coach station: A team of Global Lounge Ambassadors will help you with your onwards travel; a free bus shuttle will run from Bristol Bus and Coach Station to university accommodations in East, North, West Villages and Langford.

Please remember to organise your transport from the airport to Bristol, our Meet and Greet service does not include this. More information about travel to Bristol.
