Internal post must be clearly marked with the recipient’s name and address (please note we only deliver to the locations we collect from – see link below). Collections are made from hub locations around the University precinct, some of these are daily, others on selected days. A list of the collection points and days can be found on the link below. The Post Room then sorts the internal post and franks the external post.
We aim to get internal post to its destination within 2 days. Please note that we do not deliver to the following locations, these should be treated as external post:
If you move your work location or change your role it is your responsibility to change your details in the contact directory and ensure Estates Assistants and colleagues are aware of where to redirect your mail.
