Lauren Robson, a Bristol medical student, has been awarded the Royal College of GPs / Society for Academic Primary Care prize for a student elective report.
This prestigious national award was given for Lauren's report of her elective spent conducting a feasibility study of mindfulness based cognitive therapy for medical students. She was supervised by Alice Malpass, a Research Fellow in the Centre for Academic Primary Care.
Lauren has been invited to present her work as a poster at the SAPC Annual Scientific Meeting in Edinburgh in 2014.
