Capability, Health and Wellbeing Outcomes (OUTCOMES)

These pages are currently being updated Winter/Spring 2023/24

Our research theme focuses on developing, measuring, valuing and using capability, health and wellbeing outcomes for decision-making. We carry out applied and methodological research in outcomes for use in health technology assessment, public health and social care. We have particular interests in global health, health inequalities, integrated care, mental health, outcomes beyond the individual, and sustainability. Our research theme represents the work that is carried out in our group and our goal to improve the outcomes used to inform health and care decision-making. We work closely with local, national and international decision-makers. We have particularly strong links with the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care Board with whom we help to inform the use and analysis of outcomes for the local area.
