Professor Jeremy O'Brien awarded the 2010 IUPAP Young Scientist Prize

Professor Jeremy O'Brien has been awarded the 2010 International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) Young Scientist Prize in Atomic Molecular and Optical Physics.

Professor Jeremy O'Brien, Professorial Research Fellow in Physics and Electrical Engineering and Director of the Centre for Quantum Photonics, has been awarded the 2010 International Union of Pure and Applied Physics ( IUPAP) Young Scientist Prize in Atomic Molecular and Optical Physics, “for originating the field of integrated quantum photonics as well as pioneering contributions to quantum information, measurement and metrology."

Jeremy will present his prize winning talk on “Integrated Quantum Photonics” at the 22nd International Conference on Atomic Physics (ICAP) in Cairns on 27 July.
