MSc Perfusion Science
This new MSc programme is born of an exciting partnership between the University of Bristol and the Society of Clinical Perfusion Scientists of Great Britain and Ireland.
The programme will develop your interest and understanding of perfusion science, deepen your knowledge of clinical applications and provide a unique insight into research through a two-month research project.
You will have the opportunity to study within the Bristol Heart Institute, a major academic cardiovascular centre that performs innovative and internationally renowned research and research-led teaching.
This programme is only available to students who have secured a clinical perfusion scientist trainee position at an accredited training centre in Great Britain or Ireland.
Programme structure
The programme is structured around six taught units, a work-based assessment and a research project.

- On campus you will be taught by perfusion scientists, clinicians and basic scientists, all of whom are experts in their field.
