The scholarship schemes are open to students who have applied to start a full-time taught undergraduate or postgraduate programme in September 2019 and who are classed as overseas students for fee purposes.
The Global Justice Scholarship
- Global Justice Undergraduate Scholarship: The University of Bristol Law School is offering two full-time scholarships worth £9,000 each (i.e. £3,000 p.a. each, available over 3 years) to eligible undergraduate students studying for a LLB qualification. Applicants will also automatically be considered for the Think Big Undergraduate Scholarship.
- Global Justice Postgraduate Scholarship: The University of Bristol Law School is offering two scholarships worth £5000 each to eligible full-time postgraduate students studying for a LLM qualification. Applicants will also automatically be considered for the Think Big Postgraduate Scholarship.
Think Big Scholarship
- Think Big Undergraduate Scholarship: The University of Bristol is offering three scholarships worth £10,000 and nine scholarships worth £5,000 (per year of study) to eligible undergraduate students for September 2019 entry.
- Think Big Postgraduate Scholarship: The University of Bristol is offering five scholarships worth £20,000, ten scholarships worth £10,000 and twenty scholarships worth £5,000 to eligible postgraduate students for September 2019 entry.
The scholarships’ awards can only be used as fee waivers towards the cost of tuition fees.
Deadlines: both Scholarships involve two application rounds; the deadline for Round one is 31 March 2019, the deadline for Round two is 30 June 2019. Applicants will automatically be considered for rounds one and two, and so do not need to submit again if not made an offer in round one.
