STUDENT NEWS: Understanding feedback

Now exams are over, the feedback sheets we introduced at the beginning of the academic year are a way to work with your personal tutor to understand where you can improve. However, feedback goes way beyond this process. Seeking out and engaging with all forms of feedback helps us develop our skills and abilities - and achieve our potential. But where is it and how do we find it? And, whilst we tend to want more, and better, feedback, we often don’t like hearing it when we get it. So, how can we be better at accepting our shortcomings and turning them into opportunities of self-discovery?
