Dr Diego Acosta Arcarazo invited to present his work on migration at Emile Noël Fellows Forum at NYU, New York

The Spring 2016 Emile Noël Fellows Forum will see Dr. Acosta present on “The Principle of Non criminalization of Irregular Migration in South America: A True Path-Breaking Shift on Migration Regulation at Global Level?"

The workshop will be held on Friday February 26 in New York.

The Emile Noël Fellowship program focuses on scholarship and the advancement of themes such as European Integration, Regional Economic Law and Justice and Comparative Constitutional Law. The expectation is for the fellows to produce work of sufficient quality to be published as a Jean Monnet Working Paper.

Dr. Acosta will also be presenting his work internationally over the next few months, including the University of Columbia and San Diego.

Dr Acosta is currently an Emile Noël Fellow at the NYU Law Department. He will be researching there until July on his new project on migration law in South America.
