Tony Prosser took part by invitation in the 7th meeting of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development on Measuring Regulatory Performance, hosted by the Prime Minister of Iceland in Reykjavik on 18-19 June 2015. Tony delivered a plenary lecture on 'Options to Embed Regulatory Policy in Law - an Academic Perspective' and participated in other sessions and working groups.
