Ken Oliphant was an invited participant at the St Petersburg International Legal Forum in which he acted as moderator for a panel session entitled Product liability: Effect on the Price. The panellists were Simon Taylor (University of Paris – Diderot), Richard Goldberg (University of Durham), Alexander Yagelnitsky (Lomonosov Moscow State University) and Stepan Guzey, Lidings, Moscow.
 

The forum was established in 2011 by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and is supported by the President of the Russian Federation. Last year, it attracted over 3200 participants from 79 different countries. It is hosted in the General Staff Building of the State Hermitage Museum.
