Lord Toulson, Justice of the Supreme Court to Judge Final of Law School's Inaugural One Day Inter-Varsity Mooting Competition on Saturday 15th February

 
The University of Bristol, School of Law will host its inaugural inter-varsity mooting competition on Saturday the 15th February 2014 where the final will be judged by Lord Toulson, Justice of the UK's Supreme Court. 

Fourteen universities from all over the South of England are expected to compete in the knock out style competition.  This will involve four rounds over the course of the day, including the final.

The event is sponsored by leading Bristol Law firm, Bond Dickinson LLP, and the London ‘magic circle’ firm, Slaughter & May.  St John’s Chambers, Bristol, will offer mini-pupillages to the winning team. 

The final is open to spectators and will take place in the Great Hall at 16:00.  Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to network at a drinks reception with the judges, legal professionals and representatives from the sponsors.
