Achilles Skordas awarded a Max Planck Fellowship

Professor Achilles Skordas was awarded a Fellowship by the Max Planck Society for the Advancement of Science. Achilles will stay at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, where he will conduct research and present his work, between February and July 2014.
