The North American workshop for the project 'Voices at Work' was held at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, on 16 - 17 March 2012.

This comparative project, led by Professor Tonia Novitz (University of Bristol) and Dr Alan Bogg (University of Oxford) investigates the relationship between law and workplace participation. Its focus is on legal developments in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and the US. An earlier event was held in Oxford in July 2011 and a further event will be held in Melbourne on 21 July 2012.

We are pleased to announce that the Ryerson Centre for Labour Management Relations agreed to co-sponsor the North American workshop together with the Leverhulme Trust.

Please contact Professor Tonia Novitz for further information, or visit the 'Voices at Work' website. Note that the call for Melbourne papers is now live on the website.
