As Japan considers whether to ratify The Hague Abduction Convention, Niigata University in Japan is holding a seminar with experts from its partner universities in Germany and the UK to learn about their experience. Professor Judith Masson teaches an innovative course on International Child Law as part of the LLB programme at the University of Bristol Law School . Students at Bristol have the option of spending a year at Niigata as part of their degree.
