Professor Celia Wells, Head of the Law School will be speaking at the 5th Annual Economic Forum Anti-corruption Conference in Munich on 24 January. This is a high level conference for compliance professionals and general  counsel from leading multinationals. The session Professor Wells will be speaking in is on Practical Interpretation of the Guidance to the UK Bribery Act: How Should Companies Implement the Provisions to Avoid Prosecution? Other speakers include David Lorello, Partner, Steptoe & Johnson LLP (UK); Matthew Cowie, Counsel, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (UK) and Former Senior Prosecutor, Serious Fraud Office; and Roderick Macauley, Head of Corporate Crime and Bribery - Criminal Law and Legal Policy, Ministry of Justice (UK).  The session will cover:
