Law School's latest successful PhD: Sebastián Zárate

The School of Law has awarded the degree of PhD to Sebastián Zárate for his thesis entitled 'A socio-legal response to the constitutional problems of independent regulators in the UK and Spain'.

The School of Law has awarded the degree of PhD to Sebastián Zárate for his thesis entitled:

'A socio-legal response to the constitutional problems of independent regulators in the UK and Spain'.

The thesis was supervised by Professor Tony Prosser and examined by Prof Colin Scott from University College, Dublin and by Dr Morag McDermont. Sebastián is now a university teacher at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in his native Chile and the School of Law extends its warmest congratulations to him.
