Dr Laing and her co-editors, Andrew Grubb, Senior Immigration Judge, and Jean McHale, Professor of Health Care Law and Director of the Institute of Medical Law, University of Birmingham have marshalled an impressive array of contributors, comprising of many of the leading academics and practitioners working in the area of medical law today, including Keith Syrett, Reader in Public Law and Health Policy in the Law School.
