The Family Justice System is under the spotlight with a Review led by David Norgrove of Family Justice, the Munro Review of the Child Protection System and major changes to Legal Aid for family cases. The family courts have a key role in all aspects of family law, their efficient and effective operation is crucial for resolving disputes, delivering rights and protecting children. Judith’s empirical research in family law, particularly recent research on care proceedings, puts her in a strong position to advise the Committee about issues they need to consider.

Further details of the Inquiry can be found on the Committee’s web page.
