Tonia Novitz, Professor of Labour Law, has been invited to speak at a conference on “Collective Bargaining under Australia’s Fair Work Act in International Perspective”. to be held in Melbourne by Monash and RMIT universities.

Tonia Novitz, Professor of Labour Law, has been invited to speak at a conference on “Collective Bargaining under Australia’s Fair Work Act in International Perspective”. to be held in Melbourne by Monash and RMIT universities. She will deliver a paper with Alan Bogg (Hertford College, Oxford) on 'The Scope for Bargaining in "Bad Faith" in the United Kingdom'.

This event will be attended by labour lawyers from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and the US, as well as key Australian policy actors. The workshop papers will be published in a research monograph in 2011.
