In this Enterprise Masterclass, Maria Kane, OBE will discuss her career including the challenges of agility and innovation in a large organisation and what the university can learn from the NHS to promote innovation now and into the future. She will discuss the details of what her role as Chief Executive of the NHS trust involves, including what effects AI and digital are having on healthcare, and what effects might they have in future. She will also give practical advice to academics who are looking to collaborate with the NHS, including the skills and attributes required and give an insight into the diversity of roles within the NHS.
