Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure managers and candidates are provided with an efficient, responsive and flexible resourcing service;
Supporting, maintaining and developing the eRecruit system;
Co-ordinating selection processes for Chair and academic leadership vacancies across the University;
Providing high quality advice and information to University departments on all aspects of staff resourcing and the recruitment and selection process;
Ensuring that the University's resourcing processes are fair and open, innovative and forward looking and reflect best practice in the HE sector and beyond;
Ensuring that the University has a high profile as an employer of choice with all sections of the local community and the national and international academic and research communities.
