We’ve created a job description repository to share variety of roles at the University. This helps staff understand the skills needed to develop their career.
The library will continue to expand as job roles are added.
There are a wide variety of roles needed to run the University. Each role will either have a unique job description or a generic job description where several people do essentially the same job, for example a Precinct Cleaner.
It is essential that the job description is an accurate reflection of the role being undertaken and the job description should therefore be regularly reviewed by the member of staff and their manager.
