He's found that food occasionally sticks on the way down, but usually if he avoids meat or bread, he can usually manage his meals. He's had this problem for years on and off. He gets a burning pain in the upper part of his abdomen, which he thinks is indigestion. His GP gave him some tablets for this years ago, but he's far too busy with work to worry about taking them.
