Dr Abs Ashley has been selected for the 2024 GW4 Crucible, which aims to tackle health inequalities through radical interdisciplinarity in research. As one of 30 competitively selected researchers from a variety of different academic disciplines, Abs will bring their knowledge and expertise in literary health humanities and (neuro)queer studies to the leadership development programme, with the aim to forge new collaborative and interdisciplinary approaches to healthcare challenges, research questions, and impact.
