The Ethics Committee is a group of staff and student representatives from the SoE. The aim of the committee is to raise ethical awareness and to engage with ethical issues arising from research.

The committee aims to work collegially, drawing on the diverse research activities in the SoE, to support the development of ethical mindfulness as part of our research culture. 

The ethics committee seeks to:

• facilitate shared discussion, reflection and learning
• contribute to sensitive, supportive ethical procedures.

The committee is co-ordinated by Dr Sarah Eagle.
