Hosted by the Centre for Comparative and International Research in Education (CIRE)Centre for Teaching, Learning and Curriculum (TLC)Philosophy of Education Society of Great Britain, and Philosophy of Education Society of Australasia.

Please join us for the launch of ‘Rehumanising Teacher Education’, an online resource for teacher educators in schools, universities and other organisations. The resources are particularly, but not exclusively, aimed at the interests of fellow academics and other educators interested in the contribution of philosophy to teacher education. We will report on the findings of a 3 year British Academy funded investigation into possible new practices involving a close partnership between teacher educators and philosophers in three contrasting settings: England, Hong Kong and South Africa.

Please come and hear more about the project from the co-researchers and critical friends from the University of Bristol as well as finding out more about the resources that are now available for others to download.
