Following a nationally-leading £57 million funding boost from UK Research and Innovation and its Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, the University recently celebrated nine (new and returning) EPSRC-funded Centres for Doctoral Training. This brings the total number of bodies currently offering funded, cohort-based doctoral training opportunities at the University of Bristol, covering key research areas across all faculties, to 18.
