Re/Play in 2020-2021

Re/Play use increased hugely in 2020-21. In October alone, presentation views quadrupled compared to October 2019. 18.6 years worth of content was watched in a single month, up by 225%. The largest number of concurrent users tripled to 1385. Between October 2020 and March 2021, 36K+ presentations received 3M+ views by 27K+ users.

Staff created a great deal of new content. From March 2020 to March 2021 our Re/Play guidance got 13K+ views & we received 1900 support tickets. In the last year (Apr 2020 - Mar 2021) staff created 35K+ presentations with a total duration of 13K+ hours, or 1.5 years, watched for a total duration of 78.8 years.
