Collaborate - October 2020

In October 2020, staff launched a total of 38672 sessions in Blackboard Collaborate, which lasted a total duration of 2.8 years. The attendees just this month could have filled the Wills Memorial Great Hall 414 times.

You also found help when you needed it. From April to October 2020, the DEO Collaborate guides were viewed by staff and students 12642 times. 4514 of you viewed the DEO Collaborate webpage 6558 times. The DEO held 12 webinars on using Collaborate. We answered 580 support requests directly about Collaborate (200 in October alone).
