Other equipment

You will need your own pens, paper and note book for lecture and laboratory classes, so come prepared. Do not buy a new calculator - bring whichever one you used at school, or use an appropriate phone app.

For Health and Safety reasons you may not use your own lab coat or dissecting kit. The School will provide you with a lab coat, any required equipment and PPE.

Books

The School will provide online access to the recommended reading materials for first-year, so there is no need to buy any books.

The bulk of your studies will be guided by your lecturers, who will recommend reading to supplement your course. Copies of all core texts are available in the library, but you may like to purchase those which complement your interests.
