Academic transcripts and official documents
Use the Online Shop to request official student documentation, such as:
- your academic transcript (for those of you who have done taught units);

Bristol Doctoral College (BDC)
Bristol Doctoral College (BDC) is dedicated to supporting the personal and professional development of all PGRs, providing a host of information and resources to help you get the most out of your time at Bristol.
BDC also manages the PGR Hub, a cross-disciplinary research collaboration space for Bristol's PGR community.

Faculty PGR Representative
Your Faculty PGR Rep is an elected current PGR student who helps make positive change to improve your experience as a PGR. Find out who your current rep is, what their role entails and how they can support you.
Faculty PGR Support Hub (restricted access)
The Faculty PGR Support Hub (Blackboard) covers the academic requirements of your degree, including various processes and procedures that you will need to complete over the course of your studies.

Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) scholarships
A number of schools across the Faculty have GTA scholarships to support their research and educational activities. Contact your school for more information.

Find guidance and support material for MyERP (UoB-only), the University's integrated Finance, HR, Payroll and Procurement system, available to all staff and PGRs.
Regulations and Code of Practice for research degree programmes
The Regulations and code of practice for research degree programmes sets out the University's intentions for:

- the academic standards of research awards;
- the support provided for research degree students and their supervisors.

Room bookings
Find out how you can book a meeting room. You may also find it useful to view the room guides which detail each room's set up and accessibility information, and provide photographs and directions etc.
Student fees and funding
Get advice and information on fees and funding, including help with bursaries, scholarships and loans, UK government support, and emergency short-term loans.
Student forms
Most of the student forms you may need are available online, on the University website.
However, if you require a suspension or extension form, you will need to contact your School PGR administrator, as these need to be specifically generated for individual students.

Support for PGRs who teach
Academic Staff Development provides Learning and Teaching development for all staff and PGRs who teach across the University. They provide opportunities to develop teaching practice throughout your postgraduate studies which are tailored to your experience and requirements.
