NCMD publishes new report on trauma deaths

A new report from the National Child Mortality Database programme looks at deaths due to traumatic injuries among children in England.

A new report from the National Child Mortality Database, lead by Professor Karen Luyt, Bristol Medical School, investigates traumatic deaths of children and young people by using the database's unique data. Covering causes of death including traffic collisions, violence and maltreatment and drowning, the report offers in-depth analysis and recommendations to improve and save lives in future.
