Dr Hamid Tohidinik's presentation, titled “The associations between attending faith schools and later mental health and religious beliefs” included his collaborative work with Prof. Jean Golding, Mark Mumme, and Daniel Major-Smith as part of the grant “Religious belief, health and disease: a family perspective” funded by the John Templeton Foundation.
Hamid's talk was an integral part of a broader panel titled “Religious/Spiritual beliefs and behaviours affecting health outcomes in a UK longitudinal cohort: the Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents & Children (ALSPAC)”. This panel also featured speakers from the Centre of Academic Child Health, including Dan Major-Smith, Isaac Halstead, and Jimmy Morgan.
