Lucy Beasant has been appointed as Senior Research Associate as part of Jean Golding' s new programme through a grant awarded by the John Templeton Foundation. Lucy will be working with the team asking a number of major research questions concerning religious and/or spiritual belief and associated behaviours (RBB) and their impact on health and well-being.
Georgia Treneman-Evans has been appointed as Research Associate and will be working with Esther Crawley, investigating how many children and adults with a diagnosis of ME/CFS have actually got Pompe’s disease. The study is ambitious with a high recruitment target in two sites. Georgia will liaise with clinicians and those recruiting in NHS sites and with laboratories in Bristol and Newcastle.
