Training is obviously an important part of the club's purpose, and in Keith Brackstone and Mike Downs, we have two living legends. With their help you will undoubtedly improve, however be warned, as side effects include the inability to walk the next day and you may well develop an unhealthy liking for malt loaf.
The upcoming weeks training will usually be outlined more specifically in an email from Steve, but the following is a typical weeks training. If you are interested in joining the mailing list email bristolxc@gmail.com .
