The walking challenge aims to encourage students and staff of the University to walk a little bit more. The benefits of physical activity for physical and mental health are considerable, and sometimes all it takes are a few more steps every day. By offering support, motivation and prizes we hope the challenge will enable everyone to make a step in the right direction.
