The University of Bristol, Centre for Sport, Exercise and Health offers a wide range of exercise classes at a very high standard. There are classes available to suit everyone's wants and needs for studio exercise, from Boxing Fit to Yoga.
Group Training is a great way to enjoy exercise and meet new people who have similar interest as yourself. The Classes are open to members only.
Peak membership classes can be taken at any time of the day or evening Monday - Friday (7.00 am. - 10.00 pm), Saturdays (8.00 am - 8.00 pm) and Sundays (8.00 am - 10.00 pm).
Off-Peak membership classes can be taken weekdays. Monday - Friday (7.00 am - 3.30 pm) but with full access Saturdays (8.00 am - 8.00 pm) and Sundays (8.00 am - 10.00 pm).
Popular classes do become fully booked fairly quickly so be sure to book up a week in advance!
Receipts must be taken to every class and there will be no admittance after the warm up has commenced. All participants are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class to avoid disappointment.
