I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, training a variety of clients from beginners and regular gym users looking to further enhance their fitness knowledge and growing in confidence by following a personalised programme which I have provided.
I have trained male and female clients over the years and will cater a session to a client’s individual needs for example If you are interested in learning the fundamentals of boxing, then you can expect a session which consists of being taught the correct technique. I have also run numerous fitness promotions focusing on increasing mass in which clients have significantly changed their physical appearance, making personal records in weightlifting. I use motivational techniques to help motivate a client combined with my passion for fitness to help them gain improved wellbeing.
My two philosophies to training have always been, always practice what you preach and to have a strong mind, healthy body.

Monday: 5pm-9pm, Tuesday: 7am-1pm, Thursday: 7am-1pm
