IT Self Service Site (University only)
If you are a current member of staff or student, you can use the IT Self Service Site to:
- Report an incident
- Make a request for a service, such as ordering a laptop or getting access to a service
- Use the Knowledge Base facility to help you find the information you need
- Keep track of your IT incidents and service requests in the My Items area.

- The IT Counter provides technical help and allows staff and students to collect and drop off IT devices and accessories.

Form for overseas students reporting issues accessing their University account/specific University systems, or for reporting issues with the University website
This form is for the below purposes:
- For University of Bristol students who are overseas to report issues with their University of Bristol account and/or access to specific University systems (such as Blackboard, alumni mailboxes, CampusM, or the UoB app).
- To report issues using the University website whether you hold a University of Bristol account or not.
If you currently hold, or have previously held, a University account and are able to use the self-service site or call the Service Desk directly, please do so. Otherwise, complete the form.
