IT Self Service Site (University only)
Current staff and students can use the IT Self Service Site to:
- Report an incident
- Make a request for a service, such as ordering a laptop or getting access to a service
- Use the Knowledge Base facility to help you find the information you need
- Keep track of your IT incidents and service requests in the My Items area.
More support options
- The IT Counter provides technical help and allows staff and students to collect and drop off IT devices and accessories.
- Current staff and students can find full support options on our internal IT Services SharePoint site.
Students with issues accessing University services while overseas
Current students who are overseas can report issues with their University of Bristol account and/or access to specific University systems (such as Blackboard, alumni mailboxes, or the University of Bristol app).
