The research of three Bristol academics has been featured in a new Cambridge Companion to Kazuo Ishiguro, edited by Bristol's Andrew Bennett. Alongside established and emerging scholars from the UK, Europe, the USA, and East Asia, Ulrika MaudeDoug Battersby, and Andrew Bennett also contribute new research on 'Ishiguro and the question of England', 'The Unconsoled and modernism' and 'Ishiguro and genre fiction'.
